As Seen On Tabletop

A dream realized.  Inspired both by our use of parties to introduce friends to games and by our now-yearly trips to Snakes and Lattes in Toronto, we wanted a way to be able to help people enjoy some of the great “as seen on Tabletop” type games that are out there.  We aren’t in a position to try to open a place like Snakes and Lattes (neither do we feel our region could support it), but we have a reasonable library of games and a desire…so we partnered with a gaming friend to create a “popup gaming” business, “Decks, Dice and Meeples."  We had our first event Thursday evening at a coffee shop that opened its doors to us (usually only open during the day) for a few hours.  A great night with a good combination of people ranging from who normally play Monopoly/Clue to those who are veterans of the modern games we have.  Working now to book our next one, and can’t wait!  #PlayMoreGames
