My partner grew up playing combat games like Risk, Axis & Allies, and Fortress America. I on the other hand, typically hate these games.

Despite this, I gave him Small World for his birthday. In the months since, we’ve played it a lot, but it’s often at my request.

Thanks TableTop crew for opening my eyes to a game that let’s my partner scratch his combat game itch while also being a game I can enjoy (even if his dragon master skeletons exterminated 3 of my races in one game).
